My care at Orlando Health was excellent. The staff settled me into a beautiful room and were very conscientious about my feeling safe and outlining what would be coming up. They explained everything in front of me and as they did procedures, when I would be going for tests, and when the doctor would be coming. I was alone, but did not feel alone. I cannot say enough about the facility, doctors and staff level of excellence.

I was so ill when I entered the ER. I was so pleased how quick I was helped. Everyone was so kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I am so pleased. My nurses and doctors were all very informative, knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful. It was the best hospital experience of my life. I feel i am on my way to a successful healthy recovery and a future. Thank you with all my heart for your wonderful health care staff you employ. I am so very grateful for my wonderful doctors coming to see me.in my room i respect and appreciate them so much. Thank you for all the nurses, cnas and food service young lady provider's friendliness in caring for me. I am truly blessed. Thank you ormc. I felt loved, respected and safe while in ormc care. Thank you so much.

My husband had a major surgery by Dr Juan Pablo Arnoletti…he was excellent as well as Dr. Hutchinson who assisted with surgery. His staff was concerned, informative, caring and always available to answer questions, before and after the surgery. The hospital staff, nurses and techs were also very caring, available to offer assistance and answer questions. They were extremely accommodating , especially since I spent several nights there. A big thankyou to all. The staff was so fantastic and accommodating..from charge nurses to housekeeping! I give 5 stars to Dr. Arnoletti and staff!

I arrived by ambulance. From that moment, the care was outstanding. They all showed concern, empathy and confidence. This hospital is really well run. Everyone knew what they were doing. Transport between departments was very quick and efficient. One thing that caught my attention was the constant cleaning and wiping down of seats, handles and equipment. Every single employee, healthcare provider, nurse or doctor was polite, reassuring and respectful. I was kept informed of what was happening, what they knew and did not know about my condition, and what the plan was. In short, it was really amazing the way they ORMC cared for me. They saved my life.

All Staff At this hospital are awesome. Facility is Beautiful. Food Is fantastic. I've been here for a week. I Don't do this often , but there are some seriously amazing staff members that worked on keeping me healthy and i feel the job they did should be know. I was in room 1058 - Thank you everyone for taking care of me at on the most vulnerable times in my life. -Dr Williamson - Thank You Greatly for the amazing work you did with how broken inside my abdomen was. Simply incredible surgeon you are good sir. -Nurse Florisa - Super friendly and has an amazing attitude. I Consider You a Friend. I Will Miss her A lot. -Richard (Rick) - Not only are you a great human , who does a great job , I appreciate the effort you put in on those overnights when i was in all that pain checking on me constatnly , even tho you were taking care of half the floor yourself. I Will Miss you. - Jazmine - You are fantastic human , who is also very good at what you do. the great job you do is very hard to find in any field , especially this one. Good luck on your future ventures. your future patients do not know yet , how lucky they will be to have you. Emma - Thank you for going above and beyond when you were literally busy doing other things , but you still helped me out for over 3 hours more than once keeping my wounds clean , and keeping me company when i was feeling pretty down and out. Erika - You Are another amazing human being , who went above and beyond for hours finding me things i needed to get the things we needed done. ty so much for that. You are great at what you do. keep being you.

I had never done anything with Orlando Health But I have to tell you, I will again without hesitation. I was in the digestive Endocrinologist In the main hospital for a procedure. Dr Tran is such a wonderful doctor. I had just meant Him and couldn’t be happier. Fantastic bedside Manner. Now, I cannot say enough about my nurses and all the people that work to help get it all done and help keep you calm. All who I came in contact to me were so helpful. Monica and Charisse?? Checked me in and kept an eye on me after the procedure. Amy and Stephanie??we’re so understanding and sweet. They were very conscientious and I Wasn’t worried about anything because of it. I’ll just say my team was like a pit crew ‼️ You need to try Orlando Health, you will not be disappointed. Thank You Everyone

Very caring, knowledgeable and professional team members treated me upon a recent hospitalization. The team of workers from the specialty doctors, nurses, room attendants, transport workers as well as cafeteria workers all contributed to my eventual recovery and very pleasant discharge. Orlando Health you will forever be remembered for your sterling services. May God continue to richly bless your incredible health institution.

I cannot say enough incredible things about the Orlando Burn Unit and the people who work there. I was admitted after sustaining serious burns from a grease fire on both of my arms and hands, as well as both legs and feet. It was one of the most painful and traumatic experiences of my life, and spending a week there could have easily been terrifying — but because of this team, it became an experience filled with compassion, hope, and unbelievable care. The level of treatment I received was absolutely bar none. Every single nurse, doctor, surgeon, tech, and staff member went above and beyond for me every single day. The nurses especially were truly extraordinary. They treated me with so much patience, kindness, and respect during some of the hardest moments imaginable. They stayed on top of my pain management, encouraged me mentally when I was struggling, and made me feel like I genuinely mattered as a person — not just a patient. You can tell this burn unit is filled with people who are not only highly skilled and professional, but who also truly care about healing people physically and emotionally. The teamwork, attentiveness, and heart shown by everyone there was something I will never forget. I owe an enormous amount of gratitude to this entire team for helping me through one of the hardest weeks of my life. Thank you for your dedication, your compassion, and the exceptional care you gave me every single day. Orlando Burn Unit is full of real heroes, and I will forever be thankful for all of you.

Today and while vacationing in Florida, my mother experienced a fall and injured her leg, requiring an unexpected trip to the Emergency Room. From the moment we arrived at Orlando Regional Medical Center, the staff acted quickly and professionally. She was checked in promptly, evaluated without delay, and treated with genuine compassion and care. We are especially grateful to Dr. Clayton and his nursing team for the outstanding attention they provided. They were thorough, reassuring, and handled my mother with kindness throughout the entire process. Thankfully, her injury was not a fracture and only required stitches. The team ensured she was comfortable, well-informed, and properly treated before discharge. Because of the excellent care she received, we were able to safely continue our plans and travel back home with peace of mind. Our family is incredibly thankful for the professionalism, efficiency, and compassion shown by everyone involved. Orlando Regional Medical Center provided a wonderful experience during a stressful situation, and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency medical care.

Words are not adequate to express the top notch service and care my husband (ICU patient) and myself receive at ORMC Orlando. The entire nursing and medical team at the trauma ICU went above and beyond caring for my husband during his time there. We spent Thanksgiving Day (2025) in the ICU but have never been more grateful for life and the blessing of being cared for in such a place as this. The nurses and staff genuinely care for the wellness and comfort of the patients. Saffie’s kindness, gentleness, compassion, professionalism, knowledge and encouragement was exemplary. Marcos took time out of his busy schedule to visit my husband with his guitar and performed a beautiful song originally sang by Bob Marley. Another impressive feature of this hospital is the cafeteria. As a chef I can be a little judgmental when it comes to food; therefore let me brag about the fresh salad bar with every imaginable topping, made to order meals as well as fresh and nutritious convenience options. I was fortunate enough to personally praise Chef Jay Z Ziobrowski on his well ran and quite frankly impressive cafeteria. I’ll be back to enjoy the fresh salads and delicious food at the grill. Now about the radiation team. Ben, Sasha, Priscilla and Anna made my husband comfortable during each of the radiation treatments. They offered exceptional care and their kindness made a lasting impression on us. I am unsure how we can truly thank everyone for the incredible care and support we were given. I would give a sky full of stars if that were possible, 5 stars isn’t comparable to reflect the true excellence displayed!
